With over seven years of experience in legal practices, specialising in strata and commercial debt recovery and insolvency, Kavita is committed to obtaining the highest degree of return for clients, striving to deliver services with professionalism with a personal touch of understanding and good humour.

Practice Manager/Paralegal

Carol Byrne has over 25 years of industry experience, and currently specialises in bankruptcy and liquidation as the practice manager/paralegal. Believing in a hands-on and natural approach, Carol strives to exceed client’s expectations, while handling debtors in a professional manner.


Judith Milazzo


Judith Milazzo is a solicitor who specialises in New South Wales and Victorian civil litigation debt recovery and torts matters from local to federal court.
